After working in large companies for the past 30 years, I've contributed to creating socially conscious and successful organizations where staff members were creative and motivated to come to work every day and where the companies continued to grow and prosper.  And I've also witnessed organizations where innovation, employee morale/fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and company profits were on a downward spiral.

The combined skills and motivation of companies' employees can greatly impede your success.  I believe that employees inherently want to do a good job and contribute to the success of their company and community.  Yet we still see employees that hate to come to work, plans that falter, and poor leadership - just to name a few. 

The possibility of what you can achieve is unlimited when you achieve authentic leadership and highly motivated and aligned employees.  Achieving high-level results, although not always easy, is possible.  I am committed to working with you to achieve these shifts personally and organizationally.

Lynda Davis brings 30 years of experience working with leaders, teams and organizations to Strategic Crossroads, LLC. She is a world-class transpersonal and leadership coach, strategic business consultant, and facilitator of large-scale organizational and social change.

She works with international corporate and nonprofit clients to facilitate personal and business success with a strong focus on the 'conscious business' model. In her coaching practice, Lynda awakens individuals to step into authentic leadership and achieve goals through greater responsibility, integrity and courage. Lynda has worked with many industry-leading experts in large group facilitation processes including Open Space, World Café, Dialogue, and Appreciative Inquiry. Her belief in the human potential for positive change and her long-term spiritual practice form the foundation for her work with clients.

Lynda holds a BA in Business Management and Marketing from Boise State University. She completed two programs in Executive Development from MIT and the University of Utah, with extensive training through MIT in systems thinking, personal mastery, and appreciative inquiry. She is also certified in a number of additional coaching and leadership tools and inventories including Integral Coaching, 360 Feedback Processes, AEM Cube (Organizational Lifecycle/Leadership Styles Inventory), and Enneagram.

With a passion to support the development of conscious organizations and positive social change, Lynda works with leaders and their teams to move beyond the illusory beliefs, patterns and systems that leave them stuck and ineffectual. The result? Transformational shifts in people's consciousness, and a deepening in the relationship to themselves, their calling, their lives, their organization and the world around.
